the surreality series.
photographers constantly strive for originality. and i have been no exception. for the longest time i've been trying to find something to call my own. i did this morning.
i woke up at 4am to try to watch the world cup. and got bored at halftime.. so i went up and noticed the sunrise.
i was messing around with my camera and flash and such and started snaping shots and experimenting. and i developed this amazing technique.
++ THERE IS NO POST-PRODUCTION DONE TO THIS PIC ++
( except for the leet border
)

this wasn't the greatest shot in my eyes, but everybody who previewed the gallery somehow mentioned how they thought this was a very cool shot. shows what i know...

I had no idea this was a tree..
personally it looks like you held the camera out of a moving car and shot the road while driving by.. anyway..
if its in a surreality series it definately is surreal..
yet at the same time i really like the rythm and flow it has to it also..
personally i think it is only enhanced by the two small reddish/orange (i think, my vid card is being replaced tomorrow for this sort of problem) streaks it has in it.. without them, it almost would be a boring image.. but since they got in there, it makes it so much better, something very suttle to focus in, in a very blurry piece.. which i think is really cool..
